We have amazing news: last night, the Elyria Parks and Recreation Board unanimously approved waiving program fees for Elyria youth!

SEE THE LIST OF FREE PROGRAMS
This means that:
Pre-identified youth programs running from June 7, 2021 through December 31, 2021 are free to kids who live in Elyria (adults and non-resident fees are still in place)
Reimbursements for the pre-identified programs will disperse in the next 90 days - no need to give us a call, as this will happen automatically through RecDesk
Families can sign their children up for camps, open swim, safety town, and more without worry of piling up costs
We hope you take advantage of this wonderful opportunity this summer. As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out at parks@cityofelyria.org.

Thanks to Donald A. Schuster Greenhouse and Harriet James for donating flowers and plants for 2021 Pride Day

The City partners with Barnes Nursery for free composting of yard waste and discounted mulch. View additional yard waste guidelines.
